The Faculty of Food Science & Technology consists of six departments and one center:

- Department of Aquatic Products Processing Technology
- Department of Food Business Administrations and Customer Research
- Food Application and Technology Transfer Center
The faculty have 74 staffs in total, including 66 Associate Professors & professional lecturers, who have gained invaluable experience in food industry & manufacturing. In detail, there are 16 Ph.D. (24.24%), 10 Ph.D. candidates (15.15%), 39 Masters (57.59%), and 6 back-office executives.
