The Faculty of Food Science & Technology consists of six departments and one center:

- Department of Aquatic Products Processing Technology
- Department of Food Business Administrations and Customer Research
- Food Application and Technology Transfer Center
The faculty have 75 staffs in total, including 68 Associate Professors & professional lecturers, who have gained invaluable experience in food industry & manufacturing. In detail, there are 02 Associate Professors (2.66%), 27 Ph.D. (36%), 45 Masters (58.6%), and 01 engineer.
