Special subject ”Package making technology and liquid food aseptic packing”

Special subject chain “Package making technology and liquid food aseptic packing” was hold in July 11th, 2020 and July 18th, 2020 that included 3 sessions, organized by Club of Food science and technology, with the participation of talker Master Nguyen Long Duy – specialist in aseptic field. The special subject was divided into 3 session with format of private workshop and workshop with limited number of participants to get best quality.

The special subject concluded:

Session 1 – UHT technology and liquid food aseptic packaging

Session 2- Testing methods of food packaging

Two sessions of theory and one session of practice in laboratory helped students have more knowledge of packaging liquid food.

Beside specialized knowledge is sharing of talker about work in food industry as well as valuable experience to conquer success. He encouraged students: To be success you have to study very well.
