On the afternoon of June 27, 2024, the food safety seminar on the topic “Decoding the Food Chain: Modern Foods and Their Implications for Health” was successfully held at Hall C – Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade.
The food safety seminar on “Decoding the Food Chain: Modern Foods and Their Implications for Health” was impressive, formal, and emotional. The seminar brought useful knowledge about the food chain for FSTers, the significance of food in modern society, and its implications for human health. It also provided FSTers with the opportunity to interact directly with experts in the field of food, ensuring food quality and safety.

- Learn about food safety hazards (biological, physical, chemical, and allergenic).
- Learn about the truth about food poisoning and food safety incidents.
- Correct perception of “Clean Food”. The harm of bubble tea is of unknown origin.
