FST would like to make announcement of receiving short-term HACCP class No. 28 (HACCP TP28) as detailed below:

Objective: Students that completing course.

Place: FST’s office – Ground floor, House B

Time and rules of receiving certificate

Procedures:

Step 1: Students submit enough papers as regulations at information reception door.

Step 2: check the certificate carefully after receiving and sign for confirmation.

Notice:

• No acceptance of certificate receiving by other person (except from the case with authorization letter with confirmation of ward or commune,….)
• Presenting fee receipt or conformation letter of Department of Financial planning
• Presenting student card or ID (original).
• Receiving certificate from Monday to Friday (except from Holidays).

+ Afternoon: 13h – 16h30
