3. ISO 22000
4. Application of HACCP in milk and milk product production  
5. Application of HACCP in beer production  
6. Application of HACCP in tea production  
7. Application of HACCP in coffee production  
8. Application of HACCP in confectionery production  
9. Application of HACCP in seafood production  
10. Application of HACCP in instant noodle production  

At course’s end, student who meets requirement can receive certificate
