"Post-harvest processing technology" contest organized by The Center of Science and Technology Development for Youth of Ho Chi Minh City to introduce and exhibit researches and products on food processing technology, post-harvest preservation inspection technology, technology to inspect and preserve products after harvest, and post-harvest processing technology, contribute to promoting the scientific research movement, creating a playground for everyone who is passionate about scientific research.
On December 11, 2021, the final round and awarding of the Post-Harvest Processing Technology contest took place. Faculty of Food Science and Technology, Ho Chi Minh City University of Food Industry, was honored to win the second prize with the project "Research on the production process of nutritional drink from Bo Chinh Ginseng (Hibiscus sagittifolius Kurz)" by a group of students: Dinh Thi Hong Thuy, Tran Ngoc Danh, Nguyen Dang Truong, Tran Quoc Trung, and Ho Hiep Thanh.
