Join the workshop to get more insights from our keynote speakers such as scientists from universities/academic institutes both domestic and international, including Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade, Ho Chi Minh City University of Agriculture and Forestry, Ghent University (Belgium ), Cranfield University (UK ), Kasetsart University (Thailand ), Southern Horticultural Research Institute, Loc Troi Group, and representatives from food industry enterprises with extremely engaging content.
The main topics of this international workshop primarily revolve around current most concerning issues in the field of mycotoxins in food, such as:
- The cultivation and processing of rice
- Information on applications to reduce mycotoxins
- Solutions for controlling mold in animal feed
- Discussion on the impact of mycotoxins on health.
