Notice – Youth Union no. 01 regular meeting of the executive committee of the Faculty Youth Union and class officers – semester II, academic year 2023–2024

1. Purpose

  • Strengthen the connection between the Executive Committee and class officers;
  • Gather feedback from class officers to improve the effectiveness of the Faculty Youth Union’s operations;
  • Announce plans for implementing Youth Union activities for the academic year 2024–2025.

2. Participants

  • Class officers (including Class Monitor, Vice Monitor cum Secretary) of cohorts 11DH, 12DH, 13DH, and 14DH.

3. Time and Venue

Class officers are required to choose one of the following two sessions:

  • Morning session: Sunday, January 21, 2024 — 7:30 to 11:30, Room F501
  • Afternoon session: Sunday, January 21, 2024 — 13:00 to 17:00, Room F402

4. Agenda

  • Announce and launch LCĐ activities for Semester II, academic year 2023–2024, and tentative plans for Semester I, academic year 2024–2025;
  • Present regulations on conduct score evaluation, social work score, and recognized activities for conduct and social work scoring;
  • Present criteria and regulations for the Faculty’s encouragement scholarship;
  • Announce the organizational plan for the FST Sports Festival;
  • Disseminate all academic activities (Food Innovation and Development – FID, Student Scientific Research Competition, FST Challenge, academic seminars);
  • Discuss Academic Advisor (CVHT) activities and collect feedback from class officers regarding CVHT operations;
  • Collect suggestions on organizing special seminars or programs exclusively for class officers;
  • Present the organizational plan for the “FST Got Talent” competition;
  • Provide guidelines on receiving information from the FST Communication Committee;
  • Present the plan for organizing and awarding graduation certificates.

5. Responsibilities

  • All class officers are REQUIRED to attend, collect opinions from their class members beforehand, and present these during the meeting.
  • Absence penalty: –5 conduct score points.
