NOTICE: SURVEY FOR COHORT 14DH STUDENTS PARTICIPATING IN ACTIVITIES OF THE FACULTY YOUTH UNION (LCĐ) – FACULTY OF FOOD SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY

1. Purpose

  • To collect information related to the participation of cohort 14DH students in activities organized by the Faculty Youth Union of the Faculty of Food Science and Technology.
  • To gather student feedback in order to design suitable and effective activities for the academic year 2023–2024.

2. Target Participants

  • Students currently enrolled in the following majors:

    • Food Technology

    • Quality Assurance & Food Safety

    • Food Business Administration

    • Seafood Processing Technology

3. Survey Method

Students complete the online survey by providing information related to LCĐ FST activities through:

From December 15, 2023 to December 31, 2023

5. Benefits and Responsibilities

  • Students who complete the survey on time will receive +2 conduct score points for Semester 2, Academic Year 2023–2024.
  • Students who fail to complete the survey on time will receive a –5 point deduction from their conduct score for Semester 2, Academic Year 2023–2024.
  • Academic advisors (CVHT) and class monitors are responsible for reminding and encouraging students to participate in the survey.
