With the aim of creating a healthy and meaningful playground that supports physical training for students, while also providing opportunities for interaction, fun, learning, and strengthening connections between students of the Faculty of Food Science and Technology and the Faculty of Information Technology,

The Youth Union of the Faculty of Food Science and Technology (LCĐ CNTP) will organize the Inter-Faculty Sports Festival as follows:

Event Details

• Time: 6:00–15:00, March 26, 2023
• Venue: Gia Phú Football Field (Street No. 5, Bình Hưng Hoà, Bình Tân District, Ho Chi Minh City)

Competition Activities

• Tug of war
• Mystery challenge
• Air battle

Special Feature: This year’s event will include a matching program and musical exchange for participating students from 11:30–13:00.

Registration Process Team leaders must gather registration documents and submit them to the Organizing Committee before March 17, 2023, including:

Soft copy (sent via email to: lcdkhoacntp@gmail.com):

• Registration form (Form 1)
• Detailed list of participating athletes (Form 2)
• Commitment form for students without accident insurance (Form 3)

Hard copy (submitted to the class Youth Union representative):

• One printed Word file (Form 2) with full names and attached 3x4 photos of athletes
• Photocopy of student ID cards of athletes
• Photocopy of accident insurance cards of athletes; students without insurance must submit Form 3
• Absence request form (Form 4)

Competition Format

• Knockout (single-elimination) rounds
• Draw time: 18:00, March 21, 2023 (expected)
