Announcement on organizing the Food Innovation and Development – season 4 competition (additional information)

The Organizing Committee of the FID competition announces the addition of a new and separate track with the theme: “Health Food for Healthy Life with U.S. Dairy Ingredients.”

In this section, project topics will focus on developing products using raw materials from the U.S. Dairy Export Council, particularly ingredients such as permeate, whey protein, milk powder, lactose, etc. Teams that register for this track will receive ingredient support and funding from the U.S. Dairy Export Council.

Information about ingredients such as permeate, whey protein, milk powder, lactose, and some suggested products made from these ingredients can be found on the Council’s official website at:

Then select: Tìm hiểu về ngành sữa Hoa Kỳ (Learn about the U.S. Dairy Industry)Sử dụng sữa (Use of Dairy), and Dinh dưỡng (Nutrition).

In addition, students may receive further documents directly at the Office of the Faculty of Food Technology during office hours.
