The Organizing Committee of the FID competition announces the addition of a new and separate track with the theme: “Health Food for Healthy Life with U.S. Dairy Ingredients.”

In this section, project topics will focus on developing products using raw materials from the U.S. Dairy Export Council, particularly ingredients such as permeate, whey protein, milk powder, lactose, etc. Teams that register for this track will receive ingredient support and funding from the U.S. Dairy Export Council.

Then select: Tìm hiểu về ngành sữa Hoa Kỳ (Learn about the U.S. Dairy Industry), Sử dụng sữa (Use of Dairy), and Dinh dưỡng (Nutrition).
