On April 17, 2023, the Congress for consolidating the personnel of the Executive Committee of the Faculty Youth Union was successfully organized at the Office of the Faculty of Food Science and Technology, ground floor of Building B, Ho Chi Minh City University of Food Industry.

Representing the University Youth Union Executive Committee, Comrade Nguyễn Minh Ngọc – Secretary of the University Youth Union and President of the Student Association – attended the Congress. From the Faculty Youth Union Executive Committee, all 11 current members were present.

Comrade Nguyễn Minh Ngọc delivered a speech at the Congress.

The Personnel Consolidation Congress of the Faculty Youth Union Executive Committee is an important event to elect members with the highest trust and dedication to continue contributing to the Faculty Youth Union during the 2022–2024 term.

During the Congress, Comrade Phạm Thị Thuỳ Dương and Comrade Lê Thị Phương Dung submitted their resignation from the Executive Committee due to personal reasons and expressed their wish to pass the responsibility to others who have more time and energy to wholeheartedly contribute to the Faculty Youth Union.

Comrade Phan Thanh Nguyên, representing the Vote Counting Committee, announced the voting procedures.

After the voting process, the Congress elected 13 members to continue serving in the 2022–2024 Executive Committee:
