1. Objectives

Create opportunities for employers to access the human resources being trained by the University, establishing long-term communication between the University and labor-using organizations.

Help students orient the necessary skills and knowledge they need to develop; gain access to recruitment information; and accumulate experience in preparing job applications and answering interview questions through hands-on activities at the career fair.

Provide a platform for employers to select and recruit suitable candidates for their open positions.

Enhance practical training value and develop adaptable skills for diverse industries.

Enable Faculties to receive feedback from students and employers.

Serve as the basis for designing academic programs and skill sets that meet labor market demands.
2. Requirements

The event must be held at an appropriate time and venue.

The “Career Fair for the Faculties of Food Science and Technology, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology & Environment 2024” must be organized effectively, attractively, and aligned with academic objectives to maximize student participation.

The program should be diverse, engaging, and appropriate to the training scale of the Faculties.

Employer coordination must ensure quality in both activities and job vacancies.
-
Communication must be professional and ensure complete dissemination of information to all HUIT students and interested companies.
