To strengthen the pool of lecturers qualified to assess VSTEP level 3–5 examinations and to support lecturers needing to meet English proficiency requirements for master's graduation or doctoral program admission, as well as student class monitors throughout the University, the Center for Foreign Language Training and Testing of Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade, in collaboration with REAP (VN/247) — the exclusive authorized agent of Cambridge University in Vietnam — will organize a free Linguaskill English test (2 skills) as follows:
1. Registration period:
From the date of this announcement until April 14, 2024.
2. Examination date and time:
17:30, April 20, 2024
3. Examination venue:
Computer Lab, 2nd Floor, Block A,
Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade.
4. Implementation details:

The University will inform lecturers from the Faculty of Foreign Languages who currently hold English certificates at level B2 or below to complete exam registration procedures (mandatory as required by the Board of Rectors).

The Center for Foreign Language Training and Testing will disseminate the announcement to all faculties and to student class monitors across the University.

The Center will coordinate with the Information Technology Center to prepare necessary conditions for the examination.
