About organization 4 special subjects of Club of Food science and technology (Special subject 34-37)
1. Time, place (estimated)
- Time: Sunday 19, 20/12/2020 (Morning: 8h00 – 11h00; Afternoon: 13h30 – 17h00).
- Place: Updating.
2. Special subjects of groups “Developing skill of writing reports and presenting graduation thesis/graduation project, scientific researches”
There are four special subjects:
- Special subject 34: Developing report draft; instruction of information searching; managing and quoting references; managing table of contents, list of tables, list of figures automatically.
- Special subject 35: Instruction of writing parts: introduction, purpose of study, materisl and methods, study content in report; writing reports for study with experimental data (new food product development; studies with experimental design...)
- Special subject 36: Instruction of data analysis, writing results – discussion, conclusion and request. (for studies with experimental data)
- Special subject 37: Instruction of designing report slides and make a presentation before the Council.
3. Number, participant and fee
- Number: Maximum number for each special subject is 80 students, with priority of student of class 08, students that are doing scientific research.
- Participants:
+ Students of 08ĐH that are doing graduation thesis, graduation project.
+ Students of class 09, 10ĐH that are doing scientific researches
+ Students of FST and students of other faculties with interest.
- Fee:
+ Students can register for total 4 special subjects or individual subject with fee as follow:

4. Registration procedure
- Registration of special subject at FST’s office from Dec 04th 2020 to Dec 16th, 2020 (Morning: 7h30-11h00; Afternoon: 13h30-16h00, from Monday to Friday every week).
- Before starting special subject, trainees bring Registration’s receipt to get Special subject’s card.

2. Instruction of searching information, documents – Application exercises.
3. Instruction of management, insertion, quotation of refererences by Endnote – Application exercises.
4. Instruction of format a report of thesis/project (creating chapter, item, table, figure, list of table, list of figure, table of content, appendix)

Instruction of writing: introduction, goal, materials and methods, research’s content; writing report for study with experimental data.

1. Determination of goal – Application exercises.
2. Distinguishing goal, method, research content.
3. Instruction of making work plan Hướng dẫn lập bảng kế hoạch công việc.
4. Instruction of writing Introduction of graduation thesis/project.
5. Instruction of writing methods, research content – Application exercises.
6. Writing reports for studies without experimental data (studies of introduction, quality system management, design...)

4. Application exercises.

1. Content of reports of graduation thesis/project need to be presented.
