Memorandum of Understanding Among Ho Chi Minh City University of Food Industry, Ho Chi Minh City High Technology Association and Te – Food International Company

On the morning of 22/4/2019, at the HUFI, Memorandum of Understanding among Ho Chi Minh City University of Food Industry, Ho Chi Minh City High Technology Association and TE – FOOD International Company was held.

TE FOOD is known as farm-to-table food traceability for emerging markets in order to: (1) Marketing value (transparency); (2) Compliance to food import regulations of foreign countries; (3) Deeper supply chain insight; (4) Quicker (and targeted) product recall possibility; (5) Defend your brand against counterfeiting; (6) Justify the price of a premium product. TE FOOD is an ecosystem for food which was combined supply chain, customers and government in order to improve the food safty, eliminate fake food and reduce the operating cost of food companies. TE FOOD Company was established and registered protection of copyright and official brand in Germany. TE FOOD blockchain technology has been rapidly developing in the world and in Vietnam. In 12/2018, TE FOOD was voted to be 1 of 10 the largest blockchain in the world.

After coopperation for a long time, Memorandum of Understanding among Ho Chi Minh University of Food Industry, Ho Chi Minh City High Technology Association and TE – FOOD International Company was signed formally. The content of MOU is cooperation in supporting provincial government to carry out the project entitled “TE FOOD livestock management and emerging disease prevention” as well as to conduct the training program in the food traceability system in the period of Industry 4.0.

This MOU will contribute to the responsibility of social demand, combination between training and practice, solution in food safety.
