CHARITY PROJECT “SPRING OF LOVE 2019”

The Spring & Volunteer Tasks

The Spring Volunteer Campaign is one of the biggest volunteer projects by HCMC students, as well as students of HoChiMinh University of Food Industry.

With love and sharing spiritual,  Faculty of Food Science & Technology organized the charity trip to Lac Duong, Lam Dong province on 20^th Jan 2019 , during the 14oC weather, to bring the warm spring to the disadvantaged children and families.

The trip started on 20^th Jan 2019

The volunteer team arrived at Kim Dong primary school in the early morning and started to arrange the goods.

In the evening, students organized games to play with the Kim Dong schoolchildren and created a friendly and happy environment.

Additional than games, students also taught the children how to wash hands & brush the teeth correctly.

When some were playing with the children, others preparing lunch, banner, wrapping the gifts and making the toys. All tasks were performed in an exciting and devoted mood.

In the last evening, there was music show “Spring of Love 2019” for students to associate with local resident.

The 2 days trip in Lac Duong, Lam Dong province ended as a memorable event in all the volunteers’ minds.It’s difficult to describe the happy feeling of the team when seeing the shinning smile of all the children. Thanks to the Youth Union of FST to organize such a meaningful and wonderful trip.
