ANNOUNCEMENT

About: Organizing 4 special subjects of Club of Food science and industry (Special subject 30-33)

1. Time, place (estimated)

- Time: Sunday 05,12/7/2018 (Morning: 8h00 – 11h00; Afternoon: 14h00 – 17h00).

- Place: Room B207.

2. Special subjects of group “Developing skills for writing reports and presenting graduation/graduation project, scientific researches”

Including 4 special subjects:

  • Special subject 30: Developing report draft; instruction of searching information; managing and quoting references; managing Table of content, list of tables, list of figures, automatically.
  • Special subject 31: Instruction of writing: Introduction, goal, materials and method, research content in report; writing report for studies without experimental data (studies of quality system management; factory/workshop design...)
  • Special subject 32: Instruction of writing: result – discussion, conclusion in report (for studies with experimental data).
  • Special subject 33: Instruction designing slide and presenting before the Council.

3. Number, participants and fee

- Number: Maximum number for each special subject is 80 students, with priority of students of khóa 07ĐH, students that are doing scientific researches. 

- Participants:

+ Student of class 07ĐH that are doing khóa luận, đồ án tốt nghiệp.

+ Students of classes 08, 09ĐH that are doing scientific researches.

+ Students of Faculty of Food Science and Industry.

- Fee:

+ Trainee can pay for 4 subjects totally or pay for each special subject or register for individual subject with fee as follow:

4. Registration procedure

- Registering for special subjects at the office of Faculty of Food Science and Industry from 29/06/2020 to 04/7/2020 (Morning: 7g-11g30; Afternoon: 13g30-17g, from Monday to Friday every week).

- Before starting special subject, trainees bring Receipt to get Card of special subject.

3. Instruction of managing, inserting, quoting references by Endnote – Application exercises.

4. Instruction of presenting/định dạng a report graduation thesis/project.
