ANNOUNCEMENT

About: Organizing 4 Special subject of Club of Food science and and industry (CĐ 22-25)

 

1. Time, place (estimated)

- Time: Saturday and Sunday 05,06/5/2018 (Morning: 8h00 – 11h00; Afternoon: 14h00 – 17h00).

- Place: Room B.302.

2. Special subject belonging to group “Developing skills of report writing and presenting graduation thesis/project, scientific research”

Include 4 special subjects:

  • Special subject 22: Developing report draft; instructing data and information searching; managing and quoting references; managing Table of contents, danh mục bảng, danh mục hình tự động.
  • Special subject 23: Instruction of these parts: Introduction, Purpose of study, Materials and methods, research contents; writing reports for studies without data (quality system management; designing factories/workshops...)
  • Special subject 24: Instruction of writing: results and discussion, conclusion (for studies with experimental data)
  • Special subject 25: Instruction of making slides presenttation.

3. Participants and fee

- Participant:

+ Members of Club “Food science and industry”.

+ Students of Faculty of Food Science and Industry and students of other faculties with interest.

+ Numbers: 50 - 80  trainees/subject (with priority of students of class 05ĐH, 15CĐ).

- Fee: Trainee can register for each subject with following fee

4. Registration procedure

- Regestration for special subject at office of Faculty of Food science and industry  from  05/4/2018 to 28/4/2018 (Morning: 7g-11g30; Afternoon: 13g30-17g, from Monday to Friday ecery week).

- In day of special subjects, trainees bring Receipt to get Card of special subject.

Developing report draft; instruction of searching information; management of and quotation of references; management of Table of contents, Table List of Tables, List of Figures automatically.

1. Development and requirement of layout of reports of graduation thesis/project, scientific researches..

2. Instruction of making Work plan.

3. Instruction of searching information, documents – Application exercises.

4. Instruction of management, insertion, quotation of Endnote programm – Application exercises.

5. Instruction of presenting reports of graduation thesis/projetc (making title of chapters, items, tables, figures, list of tables, list of figures, table of content, appendix) – Application exercises.

2. Instruction of nhận xét, biện luận experimental results in reports.

3. Instruction of writing results – discussion, conclusion.

4. Application exercises.

Instruction of slide designing and presenting in front of the Council.

1. Contents of reports of khóa luận/đồ án that need to be presented before the Council.

2. Principles of designing slides.

3. Method of presenting, answering questions and notes.
