Recently, on December 7, 2022, Faculty of Food Science and Technology in association with CJ VINA AGRI Company organized a trip for students to visit CJ Vietnam factory in Long An province and Cu Chi district. This trip has helped students equip with interesting practical knowledge and promote dynamism, as well as the ability to learn, take initiative and grasp the actual situation of work from a young age when still in a university.
At the beginning of the internship, students were introduced to the history of CJ company in the world in general and CJ Vietnam in particular. Students feel the warm and close welcome from the company's leaders, so many of them have the wish that after graduation, they will become a part of CJ.

Next, the students had a direct visit to the closed production technology of the factory, and witnessed the most modern and professional animal feed production line in Vietnam. The entire large-scale production system here is fully controlled by computers in the central control room. At noon, the students experienced a special meal together with all CJ employees.

A meal is simple but full of nutrients for an entire day. The students can feek the self-service mindset, saving and appreciating food. Everyone took their own amount of rice to suit their needs, and ate all their meals well. After that, we thanked and said goodbye to the brothers and sisters at CJ factory, departing to CJ factory producing cool meat located in Cu Chi.

Following the tour, the students moved to the next location - Cu Chi factory, although quite tired, when they arrived, they were greeted by CJ staff and served water and confectionery as much as enthusiasm they had, so it seems that the fatigue has disappeared. After that, students experienced the most awaited part of this trip, which was the direct visit to the factory's "cool meat" production technology. The managers guided the students to carry out the disinfection process before entering the factory's cold storage. Students were moved in turn from the "chill" section, the cold room, the freezing room to preserve and directly observe the processes of slaughtering, handling meat, and cutting meat according to customer requirements.
After visiting the factory, students can exchange questions and answers with CJ employees and participate in answering interesting questions to receive attractive gifts - movie tickets at CGV, a part of the ecosystem of CJ group.
At the end of the field trip at CJ factory, students are very satisfied with the experiences they have gained during the journey. The tour helps students understand the application of technology in the production of animal feed and in the slaughter of pigs, the professional operation of the engineers on the automated production line, the current working style grand. In addition, what was especially impressive to the students on this tour was the enthusiasm and warmth of the leaders, management and organizers of CJ. The trip schedule is designed not only to meet the expectations of students' professional learning, but also has many "plus" sections that are very useful and fun.
