Food preservation is an important factor contributing to ensuring food quality. To maintain product quality, manufacturers apply various methods and modern technologies. One of the most effective technologies today is UHT sterilization combined with aseptic packaging.
With the coordination of Tetra Pak Vietnam, on November 27, 2013, at Hall C, the Faculty of Food Technology organized the seminar “UHT Sterilization Technology in the Processing and Packaging of Liquid Foods.” The seminar aimed to provide students with an overall understanding and deeper insights into liquid food sterilization technology.
Tetra Pak is one of the world’s leading corporations in providing solutions, equipment, and packaging for food products. At the seminar, Food Technology students listened to expert Nguyễn Long Duy, representative of Tetra Pak Vietnam, present various topics related to liquid foods, UHT sterilization technology, and Tetra Pak packaging.
