On the morning of June 21, 2025, at the 3rd Floor of the Library Center – Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade, a Cooperation Signing Ceremony was held between the Faculty of Food Science and Technology and esteemed partner enterprises.
The ceremony was organized ceremoniously and impressively, marking an important milestone in fostering connections between academia and industry—towards the sustainable development of the food sector.

To commence the ceremony, Dr. Thái Doãn Thanh – Vice President of Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade – chaired the Opening Session of the Cooperation Signing Ceremony.

In a warm and open atmosphere, representatives from both sides shared their visions, core values, and spirit of collaboration, laying the foundation for long-term development in the future. This affirmed the crucial role of enterprises in bridging academic training with real-world practice, as well as the role of the university in accompanying businesses through knowledge, innovation, and creativity.

With extensive experience and strong dedication across various fields, the esteemed enterprises are not only strategic partners but also trusted companions of the Faculty of Food Technology in its mission to enhance the quality of human resources in the food industry — a field fundamentally connected to health, safety, and sustainable living values.

Key Proposed Areas of Collaboration

In the spirit of mutual agreement, representatives from the university and enterprises discussed potential cooperation directions for the near future, specifically including:

  • Supporting students in internships, field trips, and industrial visits
  • Providing career orientation and recruitment opportunities for graduates
  • Co-organizing seminars and specialized academic activities
  • Collaborating in research, technology transfer, and thesis projects aligned with enterprise needs
  • Establishing scholarship funds to support and encourage outstanding students
  • Organizing specialized training and advanced professional courses tailored to the practical needs of enterprises
