According to Announcement No. 1166/TB-DCT dated October 24, 2025 regarding the organization of the Second Graduation Ceremony in 2025, the Faculty of Food Science and Technology hereby announces the schedule for the Graduation Ceremony and Degree Conferral for engineer and bachelor students (2nd term of 2025), as follows:

1. Eligible Participants 
- Students from Cohort 12 and previous cohorts whose names are listed as eligible for graduation.

2. Time & Venue
Time: 12:30 PM – 7:00 PM, November 22, 2025
Venue: Hall C, Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade (140 Lê Trọng Tấn Street, Tây Thạnh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City)

3. Graduation Photo Registration
The Faculty will arrange graduation photos with academic dress on November 11, 2025, organized into three sessions:
Session       Time
Session 1    08:00 – 11:30
Session 2    13:00 – 16:30
Session 3    18:00 – 20:00
Photo Location: Communication Room – B.103 (Ground Floor, Building B)
Students who wish to take photos at the university must register via the Graduation Ceremony link.

4. Registration for the Ceremony
Registration period: From the release date of this announcement until November 5, 2025

Important Notes
- Students who do not register will not be assigned a seat at the ceremony.
- Students must wear shoes or sandals with back straps — no slippers and no excessively high heels (for safety while walking on stage).
- Students not complying with the dress code will NOT be allowed to attend.
