New international partnership – Work opportunities in Germany for Food technology students

On the afternoon of November 3, 2025, the Faculty of Food Science and Technology – HCMC University of Industry and Trade officially held a cooperation exchange with PSI Joint Stock Company and Talent for Tomorrow International from the Federal Republic of Germany, opening a new pathway for students to work and study in Germany.

The meeting had the honor of welcoming:

• Mr. Dong Quang Trung – Director, PSI Partner Representative in Ho Chi Minh City

 This marks an important milestone in the Faculty’s journey toward internationalization – enabling students not only to acquire specialized knowledge in Vietnam but also to gain real-world experience in one of the world’s leading nations in food technology, food safety, and agricultural product processing.

 Highlights and benefits for students:

  •  Paid internship and employment opportunities in Germany within a modern, professional working environment.
  •  Guidance and training from German experts, along with chances to pursue long-term career development in Europe.
  •  The “Work in the Federal Republic of Germany under the Qualification Conversion Program” is designed specifically for bachelor’s degree graduates in Food Technology.
  •  Participants will work at German enterprises as company employees under a long-term visa program.

The meeting was not only an academic connection event but also a testament to the Faculty’s continuous efforts in bringing global career opportunities to Vietnamese students – contributing to the improvement of human resource quality in the food industry and meeting the demands of international integration.
