1. Research Orientations Conduct in-depth research in Food Science and Technology, primarily focusing on:

• Extraction, isolation, and identification of natural bioactive compounds.

• Investigation of biological mechanisms and preventive/therapeutic effects against chronic diseases.

• Strategies to enhance compound bioavailability and stability.

• Modification of raw material properties and food matrix applications to improve product characteristics and support chronic disease prevention.

2. Eligibility Requirements

• Diligent, responsible, and committed attitude.

• Proficient English reading comprehension.

• Cumulative GPA (up to the present) above 7.0/10.
