To facilitate a channel to get detailed feedback and ideas for improvement from alumni and enterprises on Food Technology Education Program, a workshop was held on 28th &29th Mar 2019 in HUFI’s library. 14 enterprises and 33 alumni have attended the workshop.
The workshop was focus on the below topics :
- the synchronize between the curriculum structure and the knowledge & skills sets which enterprises define & expect for recruitments;
- the training needs and short courses;
- evaluation of graduated students in industry
The workshop had 2 sections : General section discussing on the curriculum structure and the program; the group discussion focus on specific requirements for R&D, QA, QC, and Management in Food factories.
After the workshop, a lot of precious feedbacks from enterprises as well as alumin was recorded and will be used for the review and improve the education program.
