The research group of Ms. Trúc Quỳnh and Ms. Ngọc Nhơn is recruiting new research members. Detailed information:

1. Research group orientation:
   Implementing in-depth research in the field of Food Technology. The main directions include: exploitation, isolation and identification of natural bioactive compounds; studying biological mechanisms and their roles in the prevention and support of treatment for chronic diseases; solutions to improve the bioavailability and stability of compounds; modifying raw material properties and applying them in food products to enhance product characteristics and support chronic disease prevention.

2. Application requirements:
   Hard-working, responsible, serious in work, good reading comprehension in English, overall GPA (up to the current time) > 7.0.
