The Organizing Committee of the 1st Graduation Ceremony of the Food Technology Faculty 2024 would like to congratulate you on completing your training program and attending the Graduation Ceremony on May 14, 2024.

We are attaching the following:

1. The official list of students attending the Graduation Ceremony, including their serial numbers, seat numbers, and the Hall seating chart.

- Please review the seating chart for Hall C beforehand to ensure you are seated in the correct place.

- Please check your seat number in the list (first column, left) and proceed to Hall C using the correct staircase to avoid congestion:

Numbers 01-102 (seats A01-A10 and B, C, D, E, F, G, H from 01-14): Take the right staircase in area C to HTC

Numbers 103-191 (seats A11-A20 and B, C, D, E, F, G, H from 15-36): Take the left staircase in area C to HTC

Numbers 57-102 (seats B, C, D, E from 15-36): Take the left staircase in area C to HTC

2. Invitation to the Ceremony for Students and Parents.

- Please bring your Citizen Identification Card (CCCD) for verification by the Organizing Committee when attending the ceremony in Hall C.

- A maximum of one family member/relative can accompany one student to Hall C for the ceremony. The Organizing Committee kindly invites other parents/relatives to watch the livestream from the school grounds.

Note:

- To ensure the schedule of the ceremony, please arrive at Hall C on time as announced. The Organizing Committee will NOT allow anyone to enter Hall C after the specified times:
