The research group led by Dr. Trúc Quỳnh and Dr. Ngọc Nhơn is recruiting members. Detailed information is described as follows:
1. Research Focus: The group conducts advanced studies in the field of Food Technology, mainly focusing on:
- Extraction, isolation, and identification of natural bioactive compounds;
- Investigation of biological mechanisms and potential preventive/supportive treatments for chronic diseases;
- Strategies to improve bioavailability and stability of compounds;
- Modification of raw material properties and application in food to enhance product characteristics and support chronic disease prevention.
2. Application Requirements:
- Diligent, responsible, and serious attitude
- Good English reading comprehension
- Cumulative GPA (up to now) > 7.0
