The research group led by Dr. Trúc Quỳnh and Dr. Ngọc Nhơn is recruiting members. Detailed information is described as follows:

1. Research Focus: The group conducts advanced studies in the field of Food Technology, mainly focusing on:

• Extraction, isolation, and identification of natural bioactive compounds;
• Investigation of biological mechanisms and potential preventive/supportive treatments for chronic diseases;
• Strategies to improve bioavailability and stability of compounds;
• Modification of raw material properties and application in food to enhance product characteristics and support chronic disease prevention.

2. Application Requirements:

• Diligent, responsible, and serious attitude
• Good English reading comprehension
• Cumulative GPA (up to now) > 7.0
