Based on Announcement No. 04/TB-LCĐ issued by the Youth Union Executive Committee of the Faculty of Food Technology – Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade regarding the organization of the FST Sports Festival for the academic year 2024–2025, the Youth Union Executive Committee of the Faculty of Food Technology (LCĐ) informs all subordinate class unions about registering teams to participate in the event, as follows:

1. Eligible Participants

• Class unions of cohorts 13DH, 14DH, and 15DH under the LCĐ.

2. Details

• Each class union is required to participate in at least one team competition (including Capture the Flag, Tug of War, and Volleyball). Classes may combine to form enough members for a team.

• The Class Executive Committee (BCS) representing the class or combined classes must register the team member list through this link:

  Deadline: before 4:00 PM, March 21, 2025.

• Event date: 7:00 AM, March 23, 2025.

• Benefits: Conduct points according to Announcement No. 04/TB-LCĐ.

• Class unions failing to register the required number of participants will be subject to conduct point deductions and disciplinary actions per university regulations.

This announcement is issued by the Executive Committee of the Faculty of Food Sciene and Technology Youth Union. Class unions are requested to implement it seriously, inform all members, and strictly comply with the stated requirements.
