1. Purpose

• Announce the survey results of cohort 14DH students according to Notice No. 513/TB-KCNTP.
• Inform students of conduct score additions/deductions based on survey participation.
• Support 14DH students in selecting a committee (Event Committee, Arts Committee, Laboratory Support Committee) to join and assist in LCĐ activities.

2. Survey Results

• 743/1002 students completed the survey on time – 74.15% (detailed list attached).
  Among them:

  • 317 students selected the Event Committee

  • 154 students selected the Arts Committee

  • 272 students selected the Laboratory Support Committee

• 259/1002 students did not complete the survey – 25.85% (detailed list attached).

3. Benefits and Responsibilities

Based on the Student Conduct Evaluation Regulation No. 3937/QĐ-DCT:

For students who completed the survey:

• Awarded +4 conduct points for Semester 1, Academic Year 2023–2024, under Criterion 3.2.

• Required to participate/support LCĐ activities according to the committee they selected.

  • If a schedule conflict occurs (class/exam), students must submit an absence request to the LCĐ for record and approval.

For students who did NOT complete the survey:

• Deducted –5 conduct points for Semester 1, Academic Year 2023–2024, under Criterion 2.1.

• Required to attend seminars and workshops organized by the University as assigned by the LCĐ.

  • If a schedule conflict occurs (class/exam), students must submit an absence request to the LCĐ.

For Class Officers (Ban cán sự): Responsible for monitoring and disseminating this announcement to all class members.
