Based on Plan No. 18.2023/KH-KCNTP regarding the organization of the Food Innovation and Development – Season 5 competition, the Organizing Committee announces the schedule for the preliminary round as follows:
I. Objectives

To select sample products with high feasibility (appropriate raw materials, suitable technology, good sensory quality, or viable services/IT applications) and the ability to describe the characteristics of the target customer group.
