The “Online Running” competition is an exciting journey filled with valuable and engaging experiences.
This activity provides students with a healthy and meaningful playground, supports physical training goals, and creates opportunities for交流, learning, and connection among students of the Faculty of Food Science and Technology.

The competition is open to all students belonging to the Youth Union branches of the Faculty of Food Science and Technology.

Competition period: From 00:00 on March 10, 2024 to 23:59 on April 23, 2024.
The award ceremony will take place on April 24, 2024.

Participation Guidelines

• Download the UPRACE app, create an account, and enter personal information (name format required: CNTP–CLASS–FULL NAME).

• Join the running group “Khoa Công nghệ thực phẩm – HUIT” or via the link: https://uprace.page.link/cREv4C95iJomBFDr9

• Join the running event “Hội thao khoa Công nghệ thực phẩm – HUIT” or via the link: https://uprace.page.link/XoMW67y6Vw7suvoF9

• Fill in the information form for event approval: https://forms.gle/hDLGC943Poji59rD7

• Participants use a phone or smartwatch with the UPRACE app to record their running distance.

• Participants may walk or run multiple times; each session must be at least 1 km, with no daily limit.

• Required pace: minimum 4 minutes/km and maximum 15 minutes/km.

• Participants will receive an electronic certificate and 4 conduct points upon completing 42 km within 14 days.

Note:
Distances are only counted after the participant taps “Join Event” in the app. Activities completed before joining the event will not be recorded. The Organizing Committee will not resolve cases involving invalid software tracking
