International Seminar: “Mycotoxins in Food and Strategies for Mycotoxin Reduction” – 2024

Have you ever wondered about the impact of mycotoxins on our health?

Join the seminar to hear insights from scientists from both Vietnamese and international universities, including Ho Chi Minh City University of Food Industry (HUIT), Nong Lam University Ho Chi Minh City, Ghent University (Belgium🇧🇪), Cranfield University (United Kingdom🇬🇧), Kasetsart University (Thailand🇹🇭), the Southern Horticultural Research Institute, Lộc Trời Group, and representatives from enterprises in the food industry. The seminar will present highly relevant and impactful topics.

The international seminar will focus on current important issues related to mold and mycotoxins in food, including:

  • Rice cultivation and processing

  • Applied information for mycotoxin reduction

  • Solutions for controlling mold in animal feed

  • Discussions on the health impacts of mycotoxins

The seminar will be conducted in a hybrid format (both online and onsite).
