On the afternoon of June 20, 2024, the Faculty of Food Science and Technology – Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade (HUIT) successfully organized the Faculty-level Scientific Conference for the academic year 2023–2024.
We would like to express our sincere appreciation for the presence of the lecturers from the Faculty of Food Science and Technology, especially:

together with the active participation of all lecturers of the Faculty.
The success of the conference was also attributed to the dedicated support and participation of members of the Faculty’s Scientific and Training Council, as well as the enthusiastic presence of students from the Faculty of Food Science and Technology, Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade.
A total of 67 research papers were submitted to the conference. After the review process, the Scientific Council selected 29 outstanding studies for presentation, including 25 poster presentations and 4 oral presentations. These teams excellently delivered their findings and demonstrated strong scientific reasoning through the Q&A sessions with the judges.
