- Quality testing in beer production
- Quality testing in cereal processing
- Quality testing in wine and soft drinks production
- Quality testing sugar and bakery processing
- Quality testing in tea and coffee processing
- Quality testing of food lipids

Fee: 2.300.000 VND/trainee
Certificate fee: 50.000 VND/trainee
Chemicals: 250.000 VND/trainee. Trainees prepare materials for practice.
At the end of course, trainees that meet requirement will be supplied certificate and transcript.
