FOOD KCS

Necessary certificate when applying for position of QC, QA in food and seafood companies

The course program includes 11 special subjects

With 200 practical class hours in standardized laboratories

  1. Basic techniques in analysis
  2.  Quality testing of meat and meat products
  3. Quality testing of seafood products
  4. Quality testing of milk and milk products
  5. Quality testing in beer production
  6. Quality testing in cereal processing
  7. Quality testing in wine and soft drinks production
  8. Quality testing sugar and bakery processing
  9. Quality testing in tea and coffee processing
  10. Quality testing of food lipids

 

Course 32

Beginning Oct 19th, 2020

Time: 17h30 – 20h30

From Monday to Saturday

Register from Sep 14th, 2020

Fee: 2.300.000 VND/trainee

Certificate fee: 50.000 VND/trainee

Chemicals: 250.000 VND/trainee. Trainees prepare materials for practice.

At the end of course, trainees that meet requirement will be supplied certificate and transcript.
