In the morning on June 21st, 2020, at Hall C of HUFI, the sharing meeting with special subject of “Discovering success secret in recruitment” organized by Club of Science and technology. The program had the participant of Ms Nguyen Ngoc Thanh Vi – Representative of Human resource of Masan Joint stock company as a talker, the special subject attracted the participant of of more than 400 students, including more than 200 last-years’ students and lecturers of FST.
The program started with the game with a name of “Chasing image capturing word” relating daily familiar food products so students joined very enthusiastically, to create exciting and closely air between talker and participants, creating a premise for main content of special subject.
Overview of the special subject
The special subject included main contents as follow: (1) How to write CV and CV under view of recruiters; (2) Reveal “secret” in recruitment; (3) All necessary skills before, during and after interviews.

The talker imparted the contents sincerely and completely to students. With the experience of interviewing many applicants, she shared tips that looked very simple but very useful. She also invited many students to stage for the reproduction recruitment activity, this helped listeners approach information easily and the program become attractive.

Hoping after the special subject, each student can equip themselves a part of necessary to conquer recruiters in near future, to have opportunities in life.
