This morning, November 8, 2025, in Khánh Hòa, the Closing Ceremony of the 2025 Science and Technology Awards for Students in Higher Education Institutions took place. The event was jointly organized by the Ministry of Education and Training, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, and the Vietnam Fund for Supporting Technological Creations.

In 2025, the competition attracted 112 higher education institutions with 628 research projects across six fields. The Final Round and Closing Ceremony were held in Nha Trang from November 5 to 8, 2025, featuring 125 outstanding projects from 58 universities and colleges nationwide.

At the event, the Faculty of Food Science and Technology – Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade proudly achieved Second Prize in the Engineering and Technology field with the research project:
“Establishing an analytical procedure for Rhodamine B in food using the UV-VIS method”
