On the morning of May 21, 2022, Ho Chi Minh City University of Food Industry held the job fair “HUFI TALENT DAY 2022.” From May 21 to May 27, more than 3,000 job positions were offered by participating companies.

The University was honored to receive support from many businesses, including C.P. Vietnam Corporation as the Diamond Sponsor; Sacombank as the Gold Sponsor; and Autogrill VFS F&B Co., Ltd., Phúc Lộc Thọ Food Joint Stock Company, and Sáng Tâm Co., Ltd. as Silver Sponsors, along with more than 100 other companies. The event created more than 3,000 job opportunities across various fields such as economics, engineering, technology, services, tourism, and hospitality.

The event attracted many businesses and students

Among the participants, the Diamond Sponsor—C.P. Vietnam Corporation, a long-term partner of the University in general and the Faculty of Food Technology in particular—offered a variety of recruitment positions. At “HUFI TALENT DAY 2022,” students were able to participate in “on-the-spot” job interviews, including submitting CVs, interviewing, and receiving job offers immediately at company booths. They also took part in the “Mock Interview – Real Job Offer” program. Many students gained opportunities to receive gifts and scholarships from businesses.

During the event, Dr. Thái Doãn Thanh – Vice Rector of the University – represented HUFI in signing cooperation agreements with multiple companies in areas such as training, employment, scientific research, and technology transfer. These partnerships will open up many job opportunities and provide valuable practical experiences for students across all faculties.
