1. OBJECTIVES AND REQUIREMENTS
1.1 Objectives

Provide students of Food Science and Technology, Quality Assurance & Food Safety, Seafood Processing Technology, and Food Business Management with foundational knowledge and essential skills in scientific research.

Address questions and difficulties arising during the process of conducting research projects, assignments, theses, and publishing scientific papers in reputable journals.
1.2 Requirements

Ensure the seminar takes place as planned, with high quality, meeting the needs of participating students.

Assist students in resolving challenges encountered during the implementation of their research topics.
