The Faculty of Food Science and Technology announces the plan for organizing the Thesis Defense Council for students of cohorts 09DH, 10DH, and 11DH, as follows:

1. Time for submitting printed thesis reports

• 8:00 – 11:00 AM, September 17, 2024 (Tuesday)

2. Submission location

• Room G303, Practical Training Facility, 93 Tân Kỳ Tân Quý

Notes for report submission (printed version)

• Each student must submit 01 printed copy of the thesis, single-sided printing, bound with a coil/spiral binding.

• The printed report must include signatures on both the Assignment Sheet and the Advisor’s Evaluation Form.

• Students must verify that the thesis title printed on the report matches:

  • the title on the Assignment Sheet, and

  • the title listed in the official thesis defense list.

• Students who FAIL TO SUBMIT the report or SUBMIT AFTER THE DEADLINE will be removed from the list and WILL NOT BE ALLOWED to present before the Council.

• Students must pay a Council decoration fee: 30,000 VND/student.
